York University Athletics

For three consecutive years in the late 1970s Marc Epprecht captured the individual all-around title at the CIAU gymnastics championships. In each of his five years as a student-athlete, York's gymnastics team won five OUAA championships and five CIAU championships. A former national team and Canadian Olympic team member, Epprecht went on to become a member of the teaching staff at Queen's University in Kingston.
