The York University Lions women's volleyball team returns to the Tait McKenzie Centre this weekend to host the Queen's Gaels for a two-game home series. Fans can catch the action on Friday at 6:00 pm and again on Saturday at 4:00 pm. The Lions enter the weekend fresh off a bye week, having already faced some of the OUA's top teams, continuing their challenging early-season schedule against the competitive Gaels. 

The Gaels have historically had the upper hand, prevailing in their last five match ups against the Lions. As the team welcomes the crowd back to the Tait McKenzie Centre, the Lions will be focused on leveraging their home court advantage to secure a critical victory and aim to break the historical losing streak this weekend.

For the match this Friday, immediately following the conclusion of the game, there will be a special tribute celebration for men's soccer who won the U Sports National Championship this fall.
