York receiver Nathaniel Pinto had a tremendous debut game with the Lions football team on Sunday afternoon. Against the Laurier Golden Hawks, the rookie finished the contest with seven catches for 108 yards, both game highs, and added a spectacular 55-yard catch-and-run touchdown in the middle of the second quarter for the team's first score of the game. Pinto's 108 receiving yards marked the fifth highest total across the league on opening weekend, and the best among all first-year players.
