The York University Lions men's soccer team travelled to St. Catharines, Ont., on Thanksgiving Sunday to take on the Brock Badgers. The Lions came out with a 3-0 win over the Badgers and extended their unbeaten streak to 10 matches.

Scorers for the Lions were
Milan Beader in the first half, and
Cristian Cavallini and
Joey Cicchillo in the second half. Goalkeeper
Quillan Roberts finished with his second clean sheet of the season, blocking the Badgers' three attempts to score.

The Lions sit at the top of the OUA West Division standings with 31 points and a 10-2-1 season record, three points ahead of the second-place Guelph Gryphons.

The Lions will look to add another win on Saturday, Oct. 14 when they take on the Algoma Thunderbirds. Game time is 3:15pm at Alumni Field in the first of two match-ups between the two squads next weekend.
