Programs

Personal Training
Train towards your individual fitness goals at your own pace and on your own schedule. Your trainer will design your program for optimal results and guide you through your training sessions. Their personal attention and encouragement will assist you in setting realistic health and fitness goals while providing direction and professional advice to assist you in achieving your desired level of fitness.

Nutrition Services
1) Quick Start Package: This package is a 30-minute consult that will allow you to get answers to questions and hear about other options for coaching. This consult is a great option for those who are interested in nutrition guidance but are unsure of what they need. 

2) Total Health Program: Reach your health and fitness goals with the all-encompassing package that includes a 90-minute assessment, individualized program and meal plan, recipes, grocery lists, unlimited email support with our nutritionist the week following the assessment, and supplement recommendations! 

3) Monthly Support Package: This support package is only available to those who have completed the total health program and feel they need more support outside of the one week. This package allows for 15 to 30-minute weekly follow ups, continued email access, updated meal plans, recipes, and grocery lists, and chat about changes. This package is sold in one-month amounts. 

Body Composition Test
Using our Inbody Body Composition machine we will analyze your body fat composition and provide a detailed breakdown of fat mass and lean mass results. Receive 1 use of which must be used within a year of original purchase.

WITS Personal Training Certification Course
Enter the fitness industry and begin earning income as a personal trainer. Enjoy the benefits of a flexible schedule and the ability to earn income as a student. Hybrid courses will not be offered unless the in-person class is full. Continuing education courses are required to maintain certification.

The Program includes:
  • 16 hours of lecture
  • 16 hours of practical hands-on training
  • 30-hour internship in the field with experienced trainers as mentors after passing your exams; and
  • Written and practical exams. Students are required to achieve a minimum of 72% on the written exam and a minimum of 80% on the practical exam.
This registration cost does not include:
* textbook, first aid, and general liability insurance
* the administrative fee for each re-test exam required due to not passing the first exam
