SITTING VOLLEYBALL
Take a seat and get in the game with the Sitting Volleyball League, hosted at the Tait McKenzie Upper Gym!  Designed to be inclusive, fast-paced, and full of action, sitting volleyball brings all the excitement of the sport to a lower net and a seated position—perfect for players of all abilities. The league features  five weeks of regular season play, followed by  two weeks of single-elimination playoffs. Whether you're diving for digs, setting up teammates, or delivering powerful serves, this league offers a fun and competitive environment that emphasizes teamwork, strategy, and accessibility.
