MEMBERSHIP SERVICES 

Equipment Rental: 

• There is no rental fee for basketballs, volleyballs or soccer balls.  
• There is a $3 rental fee all racquets (Badminton, Squash, Pickleball, Tennis, Table Tennis) 
• Squash balls, tennis balls, pickleballs and various other items can be purchased at Client Services.  
• Locks are available for rental for $3 
• Lost or damaged equipment is subject to a replacement fee. 

Guest Policy:  
A guest can only be sponsored by a member who currently has a membership. The sponsor must be present at the time the guest is purchasing the guest pass. Guest over 18 must show ID and get a photo for their account.

Forgotten Cards: 
All students and members unable to present the appropriate access card are required to use the YorkU A&R app to sign in. Client’s can ask for 3 manual entries per year.  After the 3rd manual sign in, it is $5 for entry.  

Locker and Towel  Service: 

• Day Lockers are available for day use (hallway only).  Any items cleared from day lockers are subject to a $20 retrieval fee.  

• All lockers in the changerooms are reserved.  Any items cleared from a locker that is not theirs is subject to a $20 retrieval fee.  

• All lockers are to be cleaned or renewed on or before the expiry date. After this date, Tait McKenzie Centre staff will clear the locker and store the contents for a $20 administrative charge.  

• After 30 days, all content will be donated to a charity. All day-use lockers will be cleared nightly.
