- Paige De Santo added a tally of her own right before the halftime whistle, extending the lead 3-0.
- The Lions continued their dominance over the Warriors in the second half, as Darcy Faichnie found a way to slide one past Hannah Petrosino in the 52nd minute.
- That was quickly followed by Valentina Khan's goal in the 57th minute which capped off the scoring for the Lions at 5-0.
NOTABLE NUMBERS
- Patricia Vrysellas earned her fourth consecutive clean sheet to start the season for the Lions, stopping all 17 shots on target she has faced thus far on the year.
