2017-18: Team captain … Named the OUA West recipient of the Randy Gregg Award for outstanding contributions in athletics, academics and community service, and the most sportsmanlike award … Played in all 28 regular-season games … Tied for the team lead with 15 assists and ranked fifth in team scoring with 17 points, both career highs … Played in all nine playoff games … Named York’s male athlete of the week for the period ending Jan. 28 after recording four points in two games, including the overtime winner against Lakehead … Earned the team’s inaugural Mark Cross Heart of a Lion Award for best exhibiting elite levels of character, respect, optimism, sacrifice and selflessness … Earned a prestigious Lions Legacy Award.
