Biography

2018: Returned to Lions after missing all of 2017 with an injury … Played in all eight games in final season with the team and recorded 21 tackles, which ranked seventh on the team … Broke up three passes … Set career-high with 7.5 tackles in Week 6 win against Waterloo.

2016: Invited to participate in the 2017 East West Bowl but was forced to miss it with an injury … Started all eight games at cornerback … Tied for seventh on the team in total tackles (30) … Also had one interception and eight pass break-ups.
 
2015: Appeared in all eight games at defensive back … Finished first on the Lions in pass break-ups (10), second in interceptions (two) and seventh in total tackles (21.5).
 
2014: Started all eight games as a rookie defensive back … Earned OUA all-rookie team honours … Ranked fifth on the team in total tackles (25.5) and had four pass break-ups, two fumble recoveries and one forced fumble … Was also a return specialist, finishing first in punt return yards (115) and second in kick-off return yards (170) … Named the recipient of the team’s Jeff Johnson Rookie of the Year Award.
 
Provincial/national: Represented Canada at the U19 world junior championships in 2012 and helped Canada upset the United States for the first time en route to the gold medal.
