Note: Classes will not be offered when there are less than three participants. Classes are monitored daily. Shoe tags must be worn at all times. Towels must be placed between exercise mates and the individual.

H.I.T.T. (High Intensity Interval Training)
H.I.T.T. is an intense metabolic work out! You will improve muscle strength and endurance while burning calories long after this work out is completed.

Stretch & Flex
This program provides an opportunity for you to relax and allow your muscles to rebound from all of the other activities you have been doing. Let our instructor guide you through a structure program that will allow your body and mind to relax and still feel like you have worked out.

Women on Weights
No offence guys, but sometimes women just want to work out with other women. This program will allow women to learn basics of weight and core body training and help gain confidence to go into any gym and work out on your own.
