Course Descriptions
Boot camp
Join us for a fun class that uses a variety of equipment and is suitable for all levels! Workout to high energy music, try new skills and movements that you may have never done before, and challenge yourself in an inclusive environment!
Yoga
Accessible for all levels. This class will guide you through a rhythmic vinyasa flow with a strong focus on breathing techniques to energize your practice. This is followed by a meditative yin yoga practice allowing for longer-held postures to promote recovery both in mind and body.
Movement
In this class we will explore the body and how it moves. Drawing inspiration from various styles, including yoga, body mechanics and dance, we will move in a way to support mobility, flexibility, and strength, building body awareness and confidence.
Muay Thai
The ancient art and sport of Muay Thai was originally developed by the people of Thailand as a combat tool and is an integral part of the Thai culture. This course will teach the basic techniques of Muay Thai including its four main components: legs (kicks), knees, elbows, and fists, along with the application, strategy, and physics on how to use the components effectively. Each class will include a challenging full-body workout to develop power, strength, endurance, flexibility, and coordination.
Zumba
This energizing class is a mix of Latin and international music with easy-to-learn dance styles. Aerobic/fitness interval training will be implemented with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body and will target glutes, legs, arms and abdominal. Come join the party-like atmosphere and fun!
Meditation
This class focuses on relaxing the body and mind through a guided mediation to help you increase your focus. Come in at any time or only stay for the first half.
KPop Dance
K-Pop Dance is a cardio workout with your favorite Korean pop music such as BTS and BLACKPINK. Known for its infectious, catchy beats and tunes, this class uses K-Pop moves combined with cardio elements to make it fun & easy to follow, yet sufficient to get you moving the entire time!
Bollywood Fitness
An hour long routine based on Bollywood moves and dance steps incorporating several components of fitness including warm-up and cardio, can be designed for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. Prior knowledge of dance is not essential.
Power Yoga
Yoga with power is a more intense form of yoga that incorporates power movements into a sequence of flowing postures. It is an energizing class with traditional yoga poses that encourages alignment, flexibility, balance, strength, and cardiovascular endurance. All fitness levels are welcome.
AquaFit
Come to the pool and experience a fun and full body workout in the water! No swimming experience needed as classes can be held in the shallow end to accommodate new swimmers. Challenge your aerobics and experience resistance training in a way you have never experienced!
JAZZ Funk
This fun, high energy, upbeat class will have you moving, grooving, and working up a sweat. From Tik Tok Smash hits to Pop Icons, learn some hot dance moves to whip out at the club or just to have in your back pocket. This Beginner Jazz Funk class welcomes people of all genders and skill levels.
Contemporary Dance
This beginner contemporary dance class will offer you the opportunity to get moving and explore what it feels like to express yourself through movement and through dance. Starting with a brief Cardio Warm up, and a nice stretch, we will then dive right into some introductory contemporary choreography. For first time dancers, think of dancing to the music of Adele or Olivia Rodrigo as a means of self-expression.
Cardio Hip Hop
This class is comprised of a diverse range of dance styles with its focus on hip-hop elements. Each class will contain a warm-up and stretch, style lesson, and a dance combo. Walk away with new moves each week and be introduced into a different genre/style of dance. All you need is an open mind and your dancing shoes! Come get fit, increase your confidence, and have fun!
Yoga Retreat
IT IS RECOMMENDED TO NOT EAT OR DRINK WATER 30 MINUTES BEFORE AND AFTER THIS CLASS. Integral yoga for the mind and body, Yoga Retreat promotes holistic health, de-stress, and well-being by strengthening, increasing endurance, and stabilizing the mind, body and breathing. Move towards wellness in your own unique way through postures, breathing exercises*, and a wide range of meditations**.
Spin
Join us in this upbeat class that will get your heart pumping, legs burning, and sweating dripping! Class also includes a little ab session at the end to get a complete workout.
*Breathing exercises will include activating balancing and calming breathing exercises
**Meditations will range from: active relaxation, moments of mindfulness, focus on breathing, affirmation-based meditation, and visualization meditation
