*All spectators must have a valid ticket, even for free events. Secure your Mobile or E-ticket online before you arrive. Tickets are delivered digitally and may be presented on your mobile device or printed at home. There will be NO paper tickets issued on-site. Support staff will be available to assist fans as required. 

*Regular season tickets continue to be FREE for York University students. YU students must obtain a Mobile or E-ticket online, bring your YU Card to be presented at the gate.

PHYSICAL DISTANCING

During the game, fans must stay in their seats except when travelling to concessions, restrooms, or for emergencies and fan services support. Fans may only eat or drink in their ticketed seats. Please practice social distancing in the stands.

Masks
FACE COVERINGS

3-layer masks must be worn when not actively engaged in physical activity in all A&R buildings.

Masks may be temporarily removed to eat, drink or take medication or as may be necessary for the purposes of health and safety. Where relevant, physical distancing should be maintained during such activities.


Sanitization

SANITIZATION PROTOCOLS

All sporting venues will undergo increased cleaning and sanitization pre, during, and post-game, particularly in high traffic areas.

Food and Beverage
FOOD & BEVERAGE

Food and beverage concessions are open at York Lions Stadium. For speed of service and to minimize crowding, menu offerings have been modified and line queue management is in place with markings to maintain physical distancing.

To reduce contact, all food items are individually pre-packaged. Guests are strictly prohibited from bringing outside alcohol inside all sporting venues. Glass bottles are not permitted. Fans will be asked to open can(s) prior entry into the stadium.

Parking

PARKING

Paid parking is available throughout York University's campus via HONK Mobile payments for all hourly/daily parking locations. The nearest available parking locations are:
 
Northwest Gate (South of Steeles)
Thompson Rd Lot (South of Tait McKenzie Centre) - access from Ian MacDonald Blvd., off the south side of the roundabout and on the south side of the Tait McKenzie Centre (use the road to the east of the Tait McKenzie Centre)
Founders Rd. East Visitors Lot – access from Founders Rd.
Arboretum Lane Parking Garage – access from Shoreham Drive and Ian MacDonald Blvd
Capacity

CAPACITY 

York University is committed to protecting its students, faculty, staff, spectators, and community members during this COVID-19 pandemic. Together we can stop the spread.
 
Starting Wednesday, March 2, 2022, COVID-19 seating capacity limits at all Athletics & Recreation facilities will be removed. 
The maximum capacity of the facility based on Ontario regulations is 100% capacity. This capacity restriction remains until further announcements come from the Province.

To limit fan touchpoints, Our venues are accepting only cashless payments throughout the venues. 

Temperature
SYMPTOM SCREENING & CONTACT TRACING 

For contact tracing in accordance with provincial reopening guidelines, each fan must present their own personal game ticket. 

Bags
BAG POLICY 
To limit fan touchpoints, bags are discouraged.

POST-GAME
Family and friends of athletes and coaching staff are asked to make arrangements to meet outside of the venue post-game. Congregating in the concourse after the game is not permitted.
