A message from the Ski and Snowboard Club:
We are the
YorkU Ski and Snowboard Club! As one of the largest and most vibrant student organizations at York University, we boast over 500 active members. YUSSC is committed to building a supportive winter sports community where students can get away from the pressures of academia, be active, and pursue their passion for skiing and snowboarding.
Our club sponsors and organizes
great ski trips and fun events, suited to every level of enthusiasts-from first timers on the slope to those shredding the slope with advanced techniques. We try to make the ski and snowboard experiences as reasonably priced as possible with
group discounts, subsidized trips, and rentals.
In addition, we actively include all students and skill levels in a warm, accepting environment. We want to make memories, forge friendships, encourage personal growth, and leave behind a legacy of camaraderie. By joining YUSSC, you will not only be joining a club, but you'll be a part of the family sharing your love for
adventure and the great outdoors.
