Heisz graduated with a degree in Kinesiology and Health Science (BSc) in 2013 and is in his first year of the Athletic therapy program. For the past two years he has volunteered with the Reena Special Olympics basketball team. Recently, he volunteered at the PhysioActive Orthopaedic & Sports Injury Centre.
