Adrian Dutchak joined the Lions coaching staff in 2011 after previously playing for the squad in 2004 as a slotback. He continued his playing career at Acadia University, where he spent four seasons between 2005-09 and won two Atlantic University Sport (AUS) conference championships in 2005 and 2006.

His coaching experience includes five years with the Mississauga Warriors of OVFL, where he was their special teams coordinator and co-offensive coordinator. Throughout his career he has won three OVFL championships, two as a coach and one as a player. He was also the receivers coach for Team Ontario in 2009.

Dutchak is a Level 2 certified coach and is also a Level 2 referee through the Tackle Football Officials Association.
