2017-18: Played in 11 games as a rookie defenceman … Recorded three points (one goal, two assists) … Scored the first goal of his career in a 5-4 win over Lakehead … Played in six playoff games and scored one goal … Earned U SPORTS academic all-Canadian honours.
 
Junior: Spent three seasons with the Cowichan Valley Capitals in the BCHL, appearing in 132 games and totaling 29 points (eight goals, 21 assists).
 
Personal: Grew up in the same neighbourhood as York goaltender Mack Shields and played on the same bantam hockey team, winning a city championship together.
