2019-20: Team captain … Played in all 28 games at forward … Led the team in scoring for the second consecutive season, registering 24 points (six goals, 18 assists) … Tied his career high of four points on Jan. 17 at Ryerson … Had three straight two-point games from Jan. 23 to Jan. 29 … Earned his second consecutive Dave Chambers Most Outstanding Player Award and the Graham Wise Lasting Legacy Award.
2018-19: Team captain … Named OUA West’s most sportsmanlike player as well as OUA West second-team all-star … Played in all 28 games at forward … Ranked 13th in the OUA and led team in scoring with 32 points … Finished first on the team with 19 assists and second with 13 goals … Scored four of his goals on the power play, one short-handed and had three game-winning goals … Netted career-high four points against Ryerson … Named York’s male athlete of the week for the period ending Jan. 7 for scoring two goals including the overtime winner against Toronto … Team MVP … Earned the team’s Dave Chambers Most Outstanding Player Award as well as his second consecutive Guy Burry That’s a Lion Award … Earned U SPORTS academic all-Canadian honours.
2017-18: Appeared in 26 games at forward … Tied for the team lead in goals scored (10) and was sixth overall in team scoring (16 points) … Scored once on the power play and was second in the OUA with three short-handed goals … Played in all nine playoff games and tied for fourth in team scoring with six points (three goals, three assists) … Earned the team’s Guy Burry That’s a Lion Award for best representing the ideals, values and behaviours of the men’s hockey program … Earned U SPORTS academic all-Canadian honours.
2016-17: Played in all 28 games as a rookie forward … Finished ninth in team scoring with 11 points (four goals, seven assists) … Scored two goals on the power play and netted the game winner against Ryerson … Scored the first goal of his career in a 3-1 loss to Brock … Played in all nine playoff games and tied for second in OUA scoring with nine points (five goals, four assists) in eight games … Scored two game-winning goals in the playoffs, including the series clincher against Lakehead … Named York’s male athlete of the week for the period ending Feb. 19 … Won OUA championship … Earned U SPORTS academic all-Canadian honours.
Junior: Spent five seasons in the WHL with his hometown Red Deer Rebels and Swift Current Broncos … Registered 105 points (44 goals, 61 assists) in 230 games … Assistant captain of Swift Current in 2015-16.
