Aaron is a fourth year BA Kinesiology and second year Athletic Therapy student. He is currently head student athletic therapist for the York University Varsity Men’s Volleyball Team. Last year he was placed at University of Toronto with the Varsity Football team and also worked at the David L. MacIntosh Sports Medicine Clinic.
 
Aaron is a graduate of George Brown College’s Fitness and Lifestyle Management Program and has been a fitness professional, strength coach and fascial stretch therapist for over 8 years. Aaron has worked with many clients over the years in both the gym and clinic setting, ranging from professional to high school athletes and weekend warriors to special populations. Along with school, he furthers his continuous education through certifications, attending seminars and conferences within the strength & conditioning and sports medicine field.
 
He is currently a strength and conditioning coach at Twist Performance and Wellness in Whitby, Ontario. He is also the owner of English Performance Systems, a small strength & conditioning and fascial stretch therapy business based out of Scarborough, Ontario.
