Kulesh graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in June 2014 and is now in her first year of the Athletic Therapy certificate program. She competed as a member of the women's field hockey team for five seasons and being treated for her own injuries is what sparked her interest in the program.

Outside of York she plays, coaches and referees both hockey and soccer.
