Jamie Joslin joined the Lions coaching staff in 2013 after a tremendous playing career from 2009-13. In four seasons at Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh, which she attended after earning a scholarship to the NCAA Division I school, she earned the rookie of the year award in her first season and was part of the squad that defeated nationally-ranked Mercyhurst to win the CHA conference championship for the first time in program history.

She finished her playing career last season as an assistant captain and set numerous team records, including most assists in a single season as well as most goals, most points and most blocked shots, while earning a spot on the all-conference second team and the all-academic team.
