Titus is in her second year of the Athletic Therapy program. Last season, she worked with the Lions wrestling team.

As a youth, she participated in ice hockey with the North York Storm and attended Mary Ward High School, where she was a member of the drama club and debate team.

Currently, Titus is a fourth-year member of the field hockey team. She earned OUA All-Star honours last season on defence and represented Canada last summer.
