Susan Hobson has been working with the Lions women’s hockey team since 2012. She is the founder of Elite High Performance Coaching and a former varsity athlete herself. She spent four seasons playing at Princeton University while completing her undergraduate degree, and also spent time with the Toronto Aeros in the National Women’s Hockey League while earning four post-graduate degrees and certifications in Professional Coaching (CLC), Group/Team Coaching (CLSC) Neuro-Lingusitic Programming Practitioner (NLPP) and Masters in NLP (MNLP).
