Profile: A talented midfielder who produces at both ends of the field. 

2024: Was named an OUA first team all-star for the third time in her career... Played in 11 games in her final season in red and white, starting 10... Scored three goals, the last two coming in the final two games of the season... Scored the equalizer in the 83rd minute of the Lions 2-2 draw at Western on Oct. 11, and netted the go-ahead goal in the 86th minute of their 2-2 draw vs. Brock on Oct. 13...  

2022: Was named an OUA second team all-star... Played in and started nine games for the Lions in her foruth year of eligibility... Scored two goals, both at home... The first came in a 3-0 win over the Waterloo Warriors on Sept. 8... Also scored in a 6-0 win over the Algoma Thunderbirds on Oct. 1... Added a pair of assists, both in back-to-back games against Guelph on Sept. 23 and 25...  

2021: Earned OUA East all-star honours … Started all 10 games as a forward … Led the Lions in scoring with five goals … Ranked second on the team in shots on goal (12) and third in total shots (21) … Named York’s athlete of the week for the period ending Oct. 31 after netting both goals in a comeback win over nationally-ranked Queen’s … Started one playoff game. 

2020: Season cancelled due to COVID-19 pandemic. 

2019: Named OUA West first-team all-star for the second straight year … Started 13 games in the regular season and tied for second in team scoring with three goals … Two of her three goals were for game winners, against Waterloo and Windsor … Ranked third on the team in shots (30) and shots on goal (15) … Started all six playoff games and scored the second goal in the upset win over No. 1 Ottawa … Won OUA championship and finished seventh at the U SPORTS tournament. 

2018: Named OUA West rookie of the year … Also named to U SPORTS all-rookie team and an OUA West first-team all-star … Started all 16 games for Lions at midfield … Tied for third on team with four goals and also added two assists … Scored the first goal of the season for the Lions and the first goal of her career in the season opener against the Western … Recorded 15 shots and 13 shots on goal … Named York female rookie of the year.  

High school: Multi-sport athlete in high school at Sinclair S.S. … Starred on her school’s soccer, basketball and track and field teams. 

Personal: Older sister of Lions rookie defender Brook-Lynne Mitchell.
