Justin Staffiere joins the York strength and conditioning staff in 2021 and brings along his experience from working with sport teams from various collegiate and professional levels. These programs include, but are not limited to, athletes at the National Excellence Program for Volleyball Canada, CFL combine invitees, and those playing in the OHL and NHL.

Staffiere spent six years at the Centre for Human Performance and Health within the University of Windsor’s Kinesiology Department. During this time, he worked closely with sport coaches and IST staff in the execution of day-to-day training regimens as the primary strength and conditioning coach for various Lancers programs including football, volleyball and soccer.

Staffiere graduated in 2015 with a degree in human kinetics and completed his master’s degree in human kinetics in 2018 with a focus on applied human performance, both at the University of Windsor. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and a certified weightlifting coach through USA Weightlifting.
