Profile: A tenacious defender who works hard to ensure the ball won’t hit the floor.

2022-23: Appeared in 10 matches (15 sets) as a second-year... Had three kills and nine digs.

Club/provincial: Won the provincial volleyball championship with her club team in 2019 and won the national silver medal that same season.

High school: Won the regional senior girls’ volleyball championship at Sir Winston Churchill in 2020 and went on to finish fifth at the OFSAA tournament.

Personal: Brother, Alexander Mrkalj, played D1 volleyball at Princeton University.
