Dr. Amandev Aulakh completed her sport and exercise medicine fellowship at the University of Ottawa in 2014 where she provided varsity sport coverage for the Carleton University women's hockey team and the University of Ottawa women's soccer team. Â
She has passed the CASEM Diploma in Sport and Exercise Medicine. She practices family medicine in Oakville and has a Certificate of Added Competence in Sport and Exercise Medicine through the College of Family Physicians of Canada. Dr. Aulakh also sits on the OMA Section for Sport and Exercise Medicine executive and is a TUE Committee Volunteer for the Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport.
She has worked with Canada Soccer since 2016 and is the team physician for the Canada Soccer National Development Centre Ontario. She has also provided local event coverage for Skate Canada events and was the Chief Medical Officer for the 2018 and 2019 Autumn Classic International competitions. She was part of the Canadian core medical team for the 2019 Winter Universiade, 2019 Parapan Am Games and the 2020 Summer Paralympics and she was the Chief Medical Officer at the 2020 Youth Olympic Games
