On Saturday, the York University Lions men's basketball team fell 129-44 against the No. 1 nationally ranked Carleton Ravens on the road at the Ravens Nest.

The Ravens got off to a hot start with an 11-0 lead. Lions centre
Dusan Prelo stopped the home teams' run with two points of his own, but that did not keep the Ravens down as they continued to score baskets ending the half 64-20, and ultimately took the win over the visiting Lions.

Prince Kamunga and
DeAndrae Pierre led the team with eight points each, while
Connor Laronde and
Alex Thielen were not far behind with six points apiece.

The Lions play their next game on the road against their third straight ranked opponent, the No. 8 Lakehead Thunderwolves, at 8pm.
