A former star York Lion has added another accolade to her resume. Sandra Levy, the Lions' female athlete of the year in 1992-93, was announced as Chief People Officer last Friday, Oct. 2.
In addition to her athlete of the year nod, Levy had an outstanding career with both the field and indoor hockey teams. As a member of the York field hockey team, Levy was a five-time OWIAA all-star (1985-89) and a four-time CIAU all-Canadian (1986-89).
