Kalifornia Mitchell each scored a goal to lead the York University Lions to a 2-0 victory over the Trent Excalibur at Justin Chiu Stadium on Sunday afternoon, extending their unbeaten streak to four games.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- York opens the first half with a goal by Chouhan in the 23rd minute to give the Lions a lead of 1-0.
- After halftime, Mitchell scored an unassisted goal on her fourth shot of the game in the 70th minute.
- York played an excellent game of defence, holding the Excalibur scoreless and limiting them to five shots on goal.Â
NOTABLE NUMBERS
- York controlled the pace of play for yet another contest, outshooting the Excalibur 17-6. In their back-to-back dating back to Friday night at Alumni Field, York has outshot the Excalibur 31-12 on aggregate.
- York picked up a valuable three points to pull into a tie for second in the OUA east division with the Queen's Gaels. They both trail the Ottawa Gee-Gees, who still haven't lost this year.Â
