This past weekend, the York University Lions cross country teams showed their grit at the OUA Cross Country Championship in Kingston, ON. Hosted by the Queen's Gaels at Fort Henry on October 25th, the event drew seventeen Ontario schools to showcase the province's depth of running talent.
The Lions delivered an all-out performance, with several athletes locking in personal and seasonal bests, clearly leaving everything they had out on the challenging course. In the team competition, the women's squad finished in tenth place, while the men's team finished in thirteenth.
