LIONS HOST BADGERS IN SUNDAY AFTERNOON HOME GAME

The York University Lions women's hockey team will take to home on ice on Sunday afternoon against the Brock Badgers at Canlan Ice Sports.

The Lions went 1-1 against the Badgers last season, losing their first matchup by a score of 3-2 in a shootout and then winning the final game of the regular by a score of 3-1. Forward Erin Locke led the way in the victory scoring two goals for the Lions.

D Jenna Gray – The Lions captain has once again been a rock on the team's defence and has chipped in offensively as of late with a goal and an assist in the last two games.
 
D Taylor Davision – Third-year defenceman leads the Lions defence with three points on the year, which have all come in the last three games. She's also tied for the team lead in penalty minutes with eight on the year.
 
Brock
 
G Jensen Pettella – Brock's starting goalie has played in five of their six games and has a 1.56 goals against average and .962 save percentage, which rank sixth and second in the OUA respectively.
 
F Annie Berg – Leads the Badgers in scoring with five points (3 goals, 2 assists). Has scored 42 points (16 goals, 26 assists) in 54 career games in the OUA.
