Securing their first victory of the season on Nov. 24 by one point, the York University Lions women's basketball team has had its fair share of offensive struggles throughout the first half of the season, but is hopeful to regroup for the 2024 portion of their campaign. Holding a 1-9 record, the Lions should not be counted out as they have played some quarters of strong basketball, and pushed top OUA teams.
Tipping off 2024, the Lions head to Hamilton to face the McMaster Marauders, a team that they have not faced yet this season.
