The York University Lions men's basketball team is preparing for a challenging weekend road trip, heading north to take on the Lakehead Thunderwolves in a two-game series on November 7th and 8th. 

The Lions (1-1) are riding the momentum of a crucial win last weekend against the McMaster Marauders. They'll face a stiff test against the Thunderwolves (2-2), who enter the series with a balanced record as well. 

York's early success has been powered by remarkable shooting accuracy. Guard Jonathan Rivera is currently third in the OUA for field goal percentage at 69.2%. Additionally, the team ranks in the OUA's top ten for both overall field goal and three-point shooting. 

Both games tip off at 8:00 pm. Fans can catch all the action live by streaming the battle on OUA TV.
